Creating Opportunities for Physical Activity (COPA), a teacher-training program launched by Providence Health & Services, is making an important difference in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods. During a 2-year program, Physical Education Specialists teach teachers how to instruct and motivate their students. The results have been exciting!
