Swimming weather is almost upon us. Swimming exercises the whole body and is a great way to tone up and get trim. Make sure you stretch your shoulders and legs before you swim.

Don't forget sunblock!
The sun is hot but the water feels cool so keep your skin protected too.

Head out to your nearest pool, beach or lake with family and friends and enjoy some fun and exercise at the same time!
