Stop the sedentary kid cycle

Today, kids are having more fun pushing buttons for entertainment than running, jumping or climbing like kids are famous for doing. Children need at least 35-60 minutes of physical activity every day, not counting thumb crunches. We all need and deserve adequate amounts of daily exercise to be healthy and happy. Encourage kids to be kids!
